Planning Fee & Professional Engagement.
Once alignment is confirmed, we move into formal planning.

At this stage, a professional planning fee beginning at $250 is required before detailed itinerary design and supplier outreach begins. This fee reflects the expertise, industry relationships, and strategic consideration involved in designing a well-positioned journey—not simply searching availability.

Our planning fee covers the thoughtful development of your initial proposal, including:

• One bespoke trip design, tailored to your goals, preferences, and travel style
• Minor refinements to fine-tune details and ensure alignment

Because each itinerary is custom-built, a new planning fee applies if there is a significant change to the scope of work, including:

• A change in destination
• Substantial shifts in travel dates
• A major revision to the structure or direction of the trip

Additional considerations:

• Paradigm Travel Agency does not charge cancellation fees
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended; clients who choose to decline coverage will be asked to sign a waiver prior to booking

With planning underway, we design a custom itinerary that balances logistics, experience, pacing, and value. Every recommendation is intentional, selected for quality, reliability, and alignment with your preferences.

This phase may include:

• Destination and routing strategy
• Hand-selected luxury hotels and lodges
• Private guides and curated experiences
• Thoughtful pacing and flow

Every itinerary is reviewed internally to ensure quality, feasibility, and alignment with your goals.

Polished details, confident decisions.
Once your itinerary is presented, we refine as needed then finalize the details. This phase ensures everything flows seamlessly and feels right before moving into booking and confirmation. We guide you through final decisions, answer questions, and ensure you feel confident every step of the way.
