Planning Fees
Planning fees apply to the design phase of your journey and include strategic research, itinerary development, and supplier outreach. Because each trip is custom-built, planning fees may be adjusted if the scope of work changes significantly.

Our professional planning fees reflect the scope and complexity of each journey and are confirmed following the discovery conversation, once alignment and feasibility are established.
Planning fees typically begin at:
- $250 — Single-destination itineraries and more straightforward travel such as cruises
- $450 — Multi-city journeys, or travel requiring additional coordination
- $675 — Multi-country journeys, or travel requiring additional coordination
- Custom — Complex, long-haul, or highly customized itineraries, including expedition-style travel and private groups
Paradigm Travel Agency does not charge cancellation fees.
