I have explored luxury properties across Bali, spoken with their teams about their wedding arrangements, and planned honeymoons on the island. That firsthand knowledge helps us look beyond the photographs to find a setting that suits you and the people coming to celebrate with you.
We can explore private estates, collections of villas, resort wedding venues, and full-property buyouts. Together, we’ll consider the atmosphere, accommodation, privacy, budget, and how everyone will spend their time there.

A welcome dinner, your wedding, and a relaxed day afterward can turn the occasion into a shared holiday. Guests can arrive earlier or stay longer, while you have time to celebrate without rushing straight from the reception to your honeymoon.
Guest accommodation and individual travel arrangements can be included in your planning scope, with the level of support agreed before we begin.

The Process
How We Work Together
Start by sharing what you are imagining. You do not need a chosen venue or a final guest list.
I’ll review your dates, approximate guest count, priorities, and budget to assess fit and confirm the planning scope and fee. Bali wedding and honeymoon planning begins at $1,500; your fee reflects the arrangements you need, and guest travel is scoped separately if your group needs it arranged too.
Once your planning fee is paid, we’ll develop your property and travel options, refine the arrangements, and move into booking. I’ll coordinate the travel and accommodation alongside the property’s wedding team or your local wedding planner, who manages the ceremony and event production.
