Paradigm Travel Agency’s Terms & Conditions applies once the client agrees and signs our booking Terms & Conditions. The Terms & Conditions is binding once the client has accepted our Terms & Conditions and paid the deposit for the trip. By booking our small group luxury trip, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and have agreed to the terms and conditions set out here below.
Trip Reservation & Payment
You can reserve this trip by sending us an email and completing our trip trip profile form.
We accept payment by all major credit card (Visa, MasterCard & AMEX) or by bank transfer in USD.
Solo guests are welcome with a solo supplement of 60%.
To reserve the trip, a $500 deposit is required and is fully non-refundable upon receipt.
The remaining balance can be paid in installments but final payment is due Thursday, January 16, 60 days before the trip date of March 17, 2025.
Package tours:
This tour is an active, sightseeing tour and booking this tour signifies your acceptance of the start times and durations of the daily activities. Upon booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required, with the balance expected no later than 60 days prior to the tour’s start date. In the event of delayed final payment, Paradigm Travel Agency retains the right to treat non-payment as a cancellation, leading to the withdrawal of your reservation confirmation.
The tour begins at 9AM at the Keflavík Airport so you should book your flight to arrive Reykjavik no later than 8AM. Likewise, choose a return flight that departs after 11AM.

If guest’s ignore our instructions or rules and/or are threatening to our staff and/or other guests we reserve the right to remove the ones in question from the tour without any refund. Such persons will not be allowed to participate in the remaining activities and further group trips with Paradigm Travel Agency. We strive to have a fun, respectful and elegant event and as such we must employ a zero tolerance conformity experience.
Changes/alterations to tours
Paradigm Travel reserves the right to alter the route of itinerary of any of its tours and arrange alternative carriers to those advertised if necessary. No refunds will be given in these circumstances or in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions, closed roads or mechanical failure.
Paradigm Travel reserves the right to change the advertised hotel, however, any hotel changes will be of a similar class and style. Paradigm Travel Agency will not downgrade the hotel and all efforts will be made to keep the advertised hotel.
Deposit of $500 per person is due to secure your spot. You can then enroll in our billing plan which is both convenient and complimentary.
Your balance will be evenly calculated and processed on the same date each month. You will be sent a 7 day reminder giving you the option to change the amount to be processed and/or the payment card on file.
We know that while memories and experiences are priceless, vacations do carry a financial commitment and our goal at Paradigm Travel Agency Curated World Travels is to make it easy and affordable.
There are many carriers that fly into Keflavík Airport. Most flights from the US arrive early in the morning.
While Paradigm Travel Agency can book your roundtrip flights to Iceland, the price is of the flights is not included in the price of the trip.
Arrival – meet your driver and other guests outside of baggage claim for a 9 AM airport departure to the Blue Lagoon.
Departure – meet your driver and other guests in the hotel lobby for a 8 AM departure to the airport.

Passport need to be valid for at least 6 months past the trip travel date.
For US passport holders, no visa is required to enter Iceland. For all other passport holders, please contact Paradigm Travel Agency for guidance.
Paradigm Travel Agency strongly advise that all passengers have in place their own adequate travel insurance against issues such as illness, injury, loss or damage to personal belongings, and not being able to travel on the confirmed departure date. Paradigm Travel Agency reserves the right to refuse guests participation who do not have adequate travel insurance.
