Upon arriving at Tangier International Airport, your driver will warmly welcome you and take you to your hotel. After check-in, you’ll have some time to relax before joining us for Cocktails and a Welcome Dinner where you will get to meet and socialize with your fellow travelers. Enjoy the delicious selection of dishes, setting the perfect tone for the start of your Moroccan adventure.

After breakfast, we’ll set out on a guided tour of of the city. Discover notable landmarks, including the Kasbah, the medina, the Caves of Hercules, and the picturesque Cap Spartel.

Lunch will be at your leisure, giving you time to continue exploring at your own pace or browse for one-of-a-kind souvenirs.

To end the day, we’ll enjoy a delicious dinner at a local restaurant, savoring traditional Moroccan cuisine.

Today we will check out our hotel and set off for Fes, Morocco’s cultural capital.

Along the way, our first stop will be to the famous Blue City of Chefchaouen where we will stroll
through its picturesque  alleyways, vibrant markets, and hidden corners. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before  continuing on our journey.  We visit the UNESCO-listed Roman Ruins of Volubilis, where you will explore the well-preserved remnants of this ancient city. Next, we’ll head to a charming vineyard just outside Meknes for enjoy locally produced wines all while taking in the serene beauty of the surrounding vineyards. Finally, we’ll continue to Fes, where we will have the rest of the day to relax and explore at your own pace. In the evening, a delightful dinner will be served at your riad.

Today, we embark on a long but breathtakingly scenic journey to the Sahara Desert, a drive of
approximately 10 hours. Along the way, we’ll take breaks to stretch, enjoy lunch, and capture
stunning photos of Morocco’s diverse landscapes.
By late afternoon, we’ll reach the edge of the Sahara, where you’ll have the option to ride a
camel to our luxury desert camp, while your overnight luggage is transported by vehicle. This
magical trek offers plenty of picturesque moments as you traverse the golden dunes.
Upon arrival, we’ll settle into our luxurious tents before gathering for a delicious dinner in the
dining tent. As night falls, the adventure continues around the campfire, where you can stargaze
and enjoy the rhythmic beats of traditional drumming and singing performed by our talented
hosts.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading back to the main road for our drive to Dades also
known as the Moroccan grand Canyon. Along the way, we’ll stop at the stunning Todra Gorge
for a scenic walk and lunch.
After a long day of travel, we will arrive at our hotel in Dades, where you can unwind after the journey.
Dinner will be served at the hotel.

After breakfast, we’ll visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a former caravan stop and filming location for movies like Gladiator. You’ll have the option to walk to a viewpoint for breathtaking valley views.
Following our visit, we’ll continue our drive towards Marrakech, stopping for lunch en route.  Upon arrival you’ll check-in and have some time at leisure.

 Dinner will be on your own.

Today, we’ll embark on a guided tour of Marrakech’s highlights, including the Koutoubia Mosque and its towering Minaret, Bahia Palace, and Saadian Tombs. Lunch will be enjoyed in the medina, followed by a guided exploration of the souqs. See the Djemaa el-Fna, Marrakech’s main square, populated by orange juice stalls and vendors, along with acrobats, dancers and street musicians performing at every turn while strolling through the city’s fabled, labyrinthine souks.

In the evening, you’ll participate in a lively tagine cooking class, where you can learn to prepare this iconic Moroccan dish.

Whew! We made it through a fantastic, scenic and fun adventure tour of Morocco!

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and spend the day at leisure, or any way you choose.

Recommended Activities:

  • Jardin Majorelle, a picturesque garden created by French painter Jacques Majorelle and later restored by design legend Yves Saint-Laurent. 
  • Yves Saint Laurent Museum for an up-close look at some of the famed designer’s creations. 
  • Journey to the Atlas Mountains, approximately 1.5 hours away. Once in the village of Imlil, you may opt for a guided hike to a Berber village or choose a vehicle for a more leisurely journey. Later, enjoy a traditional lunch at a Berber home with stunning mountain views before returning to Marrakech.
  • Enjoy a Guided Walk of the Jewish Quarter, once a thriving center of religious freedom and tolerance.
 

Tonight, attend a special farewell dinner with your hostess and fellow travelers who have now become friends.
