Today is devoted to discovering why Valle de Guadalupe has become one of the world’s most exciting emerging wine regions. We’ll spend the day visiting a thoughtfully curated collection of boutique wineries, where passionate winemakers share the stories, craftsmanship, and vision behind every bottle.
Along the way, we’ll pause for a leisurely farm-to-table lunch showcasing the region’s celebrated culinary scene, perfectly paired with local wines and the relaxed pace that defines life in the valley.
The late afternoon and evening are yours to enjoy. Relax at the hotel, explore at your own pace, or savor another glass of wine as the sun sets over the vineyards.
Beyond the Vineyards
Saturday
After a day among the vines, it’s time to trade wine glasses for the Pacific.
Valle de Guadalupe may be Mexico’s premier wine region, but Baja is equally celebrated for its sunshine, spectacular coastline, and incredible seafood.
Today, we’ll journey west to the Pacific, where dramatic ocean views give way to a leisurely beach day. Swim in the refreshing waters, bask in the sunshine, or simply unwind with your toes in the sand before enjoying a leisurely seafood lunch celebrating the flavors of Baja’s coast.
By late afternoon, we’ll return to the tranquility of Valle de Guadalupe for another relaxing evening among the vineyards.
